Customers can quickly find your hours, menus, instructions, or videos

Ask customer for extra details (Optional)
Only use if specific info is needed to action feedback.
If you want to collect additional information:
Check Ask customer for extra details
Enter the Input Label: The name of the field the customer sees. It should describe what you want them to provide. Keep it short but clear. (e.g., "Room Number")
Enter the Placeholder: Example text shown inside the field before the customer types. It should guide them on the format or type of answer you expect. (e.g., "Room 1")
Click Next

5. Choose Follow-Up Method
Pick how you want to follow up with customers after they leave feedback.
Everyone lands on a private thank-you page
No public review risk, but you miss SEO and social proof from public reviews
Happy customers are sent to Google or another review site, boosting your SEO and social proof
Unhappy customers are sent to a private feedback form so you can fix issues before they go public

Expected Result
Your tool will be created and appear in your Tools list
A unique QR code will be generated for the tool
You can now access the tool to configure pages, AI settings, and alert contacts
The tool link and QR code are ready to share with customers
Common Mistakes
Skipping modules: If you don't select any modules, your tool will only have feedback collection. Consider adding an Info Page or AI Assistant for better customer engagement.
Wrong star rating threshold: Choose carefully - setting it to 5+ means only perfect ratings go to review sites, while 3+ sends more customers but includes lower ratings.
Incorrect Google Business Profile ID: Make sure you enter the correct ID format for your Google Business Profile.
Vague input labels: Make custom field labels clear and specific so customers know exactly what information to provide.
Troubleshooting
Can't click Next: Ensure all required fields are filled in before proceeding to the next step.
Google Business Profile not working: Verify your Google Business Profile ID is correct.
Custom URL not redirecting: Test your custom URL to ensure it's accessible and correct.
Tool not appearing: Refresh the Tools page. If it still doesn't appear, try creating it again.
