Common Mistakes

Vague page name: Use a clear, descriptive name that tells customers what the page is for.

Hiding all buttons: Ensure customers have at least one way to interact (contact, feedback, or AI Assistant).

Image too large: NEEDS CONFIRMATION: Maximum file size for custom images.

Not saving changes: Always click "Save Changes" or your edits will be lost.

Troubleshooting

Changes not appearing: Refresh the page and check that you clicked "Save Changes".

Image not uploading: Check the file size and format. Try a different image if the issue persists.

Buttons still showing/hiding incorrectly: Clear your browser cache and test again.

Can't access settings: Ensure you clicked "Edit" in the Page section first, then "Settings".

Best Practices

Clear communication: Use the page name and description to set clear expectations for customers.

Strategic button placement: Show buttons that align with your customer service strategy.

Professional images: Use high-quality images that represent your brand well.

Test on mobile: Preview your page on a mobile device to ensure it looks good on small screens.

Consistent branding: Ensure your page settings align with your overall brand identity.
