Common Mistakes
Broken URLs: Always test URL links to ensure they work correctly.
Unclear link names: Use descriptive names so customers know what to expect when clicking.
Wrong icon choice: Choose icons that match the content type for better user experience.
Forgetting to save order changes: After reordering links, remember to click "Save Changes".
Deleting instead of hiding: Use the trash icon to hide links temporarily, not to delete them permanently.
Troubleshooting
Link not appearing: Ensure you clicked "Save Changes" and that the link isn't hidden (check for the plus icon).
Can't reorder links: Make sure you're clicking and holding the handle on the left side of the link.
File won't upload: Check the file size and format. NEEDS CONFIRMATION: Specific file size limits and accepted formats.
Article editor not working: Try refreshing the page. If issues persist, try a different browser.
URL not clickable: Ensure you included https:// or http:// at the beginning of the URL.
Best Practices
Organize logically: Group related links together and order them by importance or frequency of use.
Use clear names: Avoid jargon or abbreviations that customers might not understand.
Test everything: Click all links and download all files to ensure they work correctly.
Keep it concise: Don't overwhelm customers with too many links. Focus on the most important resources.
Update regularly: Remove outdated links and keep content fresh and relevant.
Mobile-friendly: Remember customers will likely view on phones, so keep link names short.
