Not saving after upload: Remember to click "Save Changes" after uploading.

Poor image quality: Use high-resolution images to ensure your logo looks professional.

Troubleshooting

Upload fails: Check that your file meets the format and size requirements.

Logo appears distorted: Ensure your logo is square (same width and height) or close to 500 x 500 pixels.

Logo not showing on tools: NEEDS CONFIRMATION: Whether tools need to be refreshed or republished after logo changes.

Can't click Upload Logo: Ensure you clicked the "Change" button first to enter edit mode.

Best Practices

Use transparent backgrounds: PNG files with transparent backgrounds work best for logos.

Keep it simple: Logos should be clear and recognizable even at smaller sizes.

Test visibility: Ensure your logo is visible on both light and dark backgrounds.

Maintain brand consistency: Use the same logo across all your locations for brand recognition.
