Understanding the Dashboard

The dashboard is your central hub for managing location settings, branding, and basic configuration. This guide explains each section and what you can do there.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is divided into three main sections:

  1. Location Details (First Section)

  2. Default Colors (Second Section)

  3. Location Logo (Third Section)

Section 1: Location Details

This section displays and allows you to edit your location's basic information.

  • Location name

  • Location address

  • Location email

  • Location phone

  • Location website

  • Location industry

  1. Click the Edit button in the first section

  2. Modify the relevant fields

  3. Click Save Changes to save your updates

Section 2: Default Colors

This section manages your location's brand colors used throughout tools and customer-facing interfaces.

  1. Click the Edit button in the second section

  2. Click on each color swatch to open the color picker

  3. Choose your desired color

  4. Click Save Changes to apply the new colors

Section 3: Location Logo

This section allows you to upload and manage your location's logo.

  • Recommended size: 500 x 500 pixels

  • Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP

  1. Click the Change button in the third section

  2. Click Upload Logo

  3. Select your logo file

  4. Click Save Changes to apply

Common Mistakes

Forgetting to save: Always click "Save Changes" after making edits, or your changes will be lost.

Wrong image format: Ensure your logo is in PNG, JPEG, or WebP format.

Editing wrong location: Make sure you've switched to the correct location before making changes.

Troubleshooting

Changes not saving: Ensure you clicked "Save Changes" and wait for the confirmation message.

Logo not displaying correctly: Check that your logo meets the size and format requirements (500 x 500 pixels, PNG/JPEG/WebP).

Can't find Edit button: Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to edit location settings.
