Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to AI Assistant Settings
Go to the Tools page and click on your tool
Find the AI Assistant section
Click the Settings button in the AI Assistant section

2. Configure Contact Details
The AI Assistant can provide contact information to customers during conversations. Update these fields:
Enter your business phone number
The AI will share this when customers ask how to call you
Enter your business email address
The AI will share this when customers ask how to email you
Enter your complete business address
The AI will share this when customers ask for your location

3. Customize AI Personality
The personality setting controls how the AI Assistant communicates with customers.
In the Personality field, describe how you want the AI to behave

4. Upload AI Assistant Logo (Optional)
Customize the logo that appears in the AI chat interface:
Click Upload in the logo section
Select a logo file from your device
NEEDS CONFIRMATION: Recommended logo size and format
The logo will appear in the chat interface

5. Save Your Changes
After configuring all settings, click Save Changes
Wait for the confirmation message

Expected Result
The AI Assistant will use the provided contact details in conversations
The AI will communicate using the personality you defined
The custom logo (if uploaded) will appear in the chat interface
Changes take effect immediately for new conversations
Common Mistakes
Incomplete contact details: Provide all contact information so the AI can answer customer questions fully.
Vague personality description: Be specific about tone and style. "Be nice" is too vague; "Friendly and professional, like a hotel concierge" is better.
Conflicting personality traits: Avoid contradictory instructions like "formal but casual" or "brief but detailed".
Wrong logo format: NEEDS CONFIRMATION: Accepted logo formats and size requirements.
Not saving changes: Always click "Save Changes" or your customizations will be lost.
Troubleshooting
AI not using contact details: Verify the information is saved correctly and test by asking the AI for contact information.
AI personality not matching: Try being more specific in your personality description. The AI interprets natural language, so clear instructions work best.
Logo not appearing: Check the file format and size. Try uploading a different image if issues persist.
Changes not saving: Ensure all fields are filled correctly and try again.

Testing Your AI Assistant
After customizing:
Click View Tool to open the customer-facing interface
Start a conversation with the AI Assistant
