Switching Between Locations

Learn how to quickly switch between different locations in your Awardee account.

Who is this for?

Users who manage multiple business locations and need to switch between them.

Prerequisites

  • Multiple locations set up in your account

  • Access to at least two locations

When to use this

  • Managing tools for different locations

  • Viewing feedback from specific locations

  • Updating settings for a particular location

  • Checking billing for individual locations

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Locate the Location Switcher

  1. Look at the top left of the navbar

  2. You'll see the location switcher displaying your current location name

2. Open the Location Menu

  1. Click on the location switcher

  2. A popover will appear showing all your locations

3. Select Your Location

  1. Review the list of locations in the popover

  2. Click on the location you want to switch to

  3. The page will refresh and display the selected location

Expected Result

  • The interface will update to show the selected location

  • All data, tools, and settings will now reflect the chosen location

  • The location switcher will display the new location name

  • You can now manage settings and tools for this location

Common Mistakes

Editing wrong location: Always verify you're viewing the correct location before making changes.

Forgetting to switch: If you don't see expected data or tools, check that you're viewing the correct location.

Troubleshooting

Can't see all locations: Ensure you have access permissions to all locations in your account.
